Transporting you to another world, Breathwork Soundscape is a 90-minute experiential journey designed for participants to access a space of deep rest through expertly-guided facilitation of sound, breath, and reflection. A moment of silence; a moment of unity; a moment of releasing the collective unrest stirred up by Covid-19: this is what Breathwork Soundscape will provide for every person who steps into it.

Participants are encouraged to connect to a space of meditation through ancient breathwork techniques whilst using the backdrop of the sound world created by Make it Up Club curator, Nat Grant. With more than 15 years of performance experience, Nat Grant is a well-known composer and musician in the Melbourne music scene. She creates texturally-focused, minimal sound works using experimental methods to tell emotive stories—and brings this experience to the forefront of this collaboration. International facilitator and interdisciplinary artist, Dina Smirnova, will use her voice to further invite the participants to release into a hypnagogic state.

This inclusive event is intended for all bodies, abilities, and levels of experience. Participants will be seated for the journey (chairs will be available but participants may bring their own mats or cushions, if preferred).
