How can we make maps that include not just the things that run through us (emotions, ideas, air), but also the things that run through the humanimals around us?

There is no inside or outside, just ouinside (pronounced “win-side”)—a shared space of common and uncommon ways of understanding ourselves. But what if all that is framed by the architectural space around us—the buildings, the views, the landscape, the sounds? How do they connect, cross over or run parallel to the things that run through us?

Mapping the ouinside attunes us, and connects us to life around us. It can be a material or immaterial cartography. Paper, string, gesture, dance. You decide.

OUINSIDE is a workshop that turns ideas of map-making on their head.
