Thomas has represented his community at various local, state, national and international forums and conferences. He has been required to negotiate with local, state and federal governments on behalf of his community and has developed, implemented and led cultural awareness programs.

Thomas has engaged, managed and worked collaboratively with many consultants during his professional career towards effective outcomes for his community. He is well versed in working closely with stakeholders and in partnerships towards joint outcomes.

Thomas now owns and operates his own art company, with his work held in public and private collections nationally and internationally.
