Peter Rayner is a professor in the School of Earth Sciences at the University of Melbourne. He was the first leader of the Clean Air and Urban Landscapes Hub of the National Environmental Science Program. The Hub takes an interdisciplinary view of cities, considering air quality, liveability and biodiversity. Peter’s own work focuses on greenhouse gases and other pollutants and their role in climate and health.
