Meredith Dobbie

Meredith Dobbie is a registered landscape architect with an Honours Science degree in Botany and a Ph.D. in landscape perception from the University of Melbourne. She is an adjunct senior research fellow at Monash Art, Design and Architecture at Monash University, with the Revitalising Informal Settlements and their Environments (RISE) project. Previously, she was a research fellow with the CRC for Water Sensitive Cities. Meredith is interested in perception of watery issues, sustainable landscape design, including water sensitive urban design, and landscape aesthetics. She is chair of AILA (Vic) Environment Committee and recipient of the 2020 AILA (Vic) President’s award.
