Katrina Simon

Katrina Simon is a designer and visual artist with a background in landscape architecture, architecture and fine art. Her research interests focus on the expressions of memory in urban landscapes and what happens when those landscapes change through abandonment or disaster. This has been explored through publications, exhibitions and design competitions, with a particular focus on cemeteries and memorial landscapes. Katrina is currently Associate Dean (Landscape Architecture) in the School of Architecture and Urban Design at RMIT University.
