Giovanna Yate Gonzalez is a professional dancer from Colombia. She has trained as a dancer in Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Urban and Traditional Colombian dances. She has performed in different Colombian dance companies, where she contributed as a dancer, creator, choreographic assistant and doing all the technical accompaniment in lighting and sound. This has allowed her to perform in different national and international festivals in countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Costa Rica. She is also a Lighting Design student at the University of Melbourne. As well as an active member of the Isolation improvisation Collective during Covid 19 times.
