David Wong

David Wong works primarily in the areas of design, media and art. This includes work as a public artist on architectural projects such as the City of Melbourne Council House 2 Project, as one of the designers of the Ian Potter Foundation Children’s Garden at the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, Melbourne Gardens, as a design/construction facilitator of community built spaces such as the Chapel of Hope in Clifton Hill, and as a Creative Victoria Artists in Schools educator in projects such as the Vermont Secondary College student-led landscape development named ‘The Garden of Eleebana’. He attended the new Bauhaus School of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and was awarded the Thomas J Watson Fellowship for postgraduate studies investigating the role of design in education.
