Cameron Allan McKean is a writer, researcher, and diver. He is a doctoral candidate in anthropology at Deakin University in Melbourne where he studies how scientists and reef workers come to terms with coral reefs and future oceans. He is also a PADI Divemaster, co-founder of Too Much: Magazine of Romantic Geography, and a former journalist and culture editor for The Japan Times.
