MPavilion  

Athiqah Ummi Salma is an interior architect whose personal work delves into the themes of technology, identity and culture, and their continuing influence onto space. Athiqah presents herself within the realm of post-disciplinary spatial practice, intertwining varying mediums such as sculpture, installation, performance, and fashion to further expand on her research.

Her critical approach stems from the analysis of the human body’s intrinsic qualities, and their extrinsic projections onto space. Thus, curating experiences which shed light on prevalent social issues in our environment. She has previously presented work with MPavilion and is part of their M_Curators initiative.
